What he is saying is that religion has become something Jesus never intended. Remember, religion is what put Jesus to death. Also remember that Christianity did not come along until 300 years after Christs death. Religion is man made. It puts one person in charge (pastor) instead of the original Apostles,Prophets, teachers, and evangelists that Jesus put in place before His ascending into Heaven (Eph 4:11).

@MatosUpNorth One problem with that: Melchisedec's priesthood is inherited (by the way of laying of hands of priests). For example, it is st. Peter (the rock of my church, see Matt 16:18) made st. Ignatius the bishop of Antioch, before going off to Rome.

@MatosUpNorth I can only agree with you. Religion have nothing to do with God. It´s just a way humans use to get Controll over other. It´s all a thing of might. I belive in God but not in the christianity. Inquisition? Crusades? No...not my way to god... (sry for the Fckin bad english, i´m german and just a pupil)

WHAT that guy said :P Dang right, I am sick of all the rules, tired of having sing hyms having to be perfect, WORSHIPING God for who he is, praising him and having a body is whats its about, a church body, people who u can talk to, people who life you up, and everything is about God, not about the Tie, or the way people see you.

NOOO, that doesnt mean we shouldn't have church, but rather, be a church, and worship him out of WANT TO , not our of "religious" activities ( p.s look up religious)

its because being a christian isn't a religion, its a relationship with Jesus.

I can testify...my first 15 years going to church didn't save me one bit, it was only when I found Jesus at 23 years old...my life changed and I'm never going back to religion again.
