@ksandom40 its more thrust deflection as to vectoring but thinking about it its basically the same thing either way, sorry for nit picking

@xenothius This was also my initial thought the first time I saw the term used in this situation. However thurst vectoring is vecturing the thrust. Moving the source is just one way of doing that. Using flaps/paddles is much simpler, and just as correct. While a cessna 172 can vector thrust to a small extent, most of its ability to maneuver is only available when the plane is actually traveling through the air. This craft can maneuver while practically still.

you may want to check your idea of "vectored thrust" seeing as your axis of thrust isnt changing its not "vectored thrust" (well it has about the same thrust vectoring capability as a cessna 172)

the fuselage has so much surface area and the prop is so small almost all the tork gets cancled out.

So how could you manage to stabilize the fuselage? It seems that reaction torque did not rotate the body in reverse direction?
