"Not a Pharmacy Tech"

An employee at Walgreens flew off the handle a few hours ago when she was called a "pharmacy tech" by a customer. She certainly doesn't behave like someone with a doctorate, but she claimed to have one. She gives her name about halfway through the video--how brilliant. The woman beside me actually asked if they were playing. When I said, "no," and show her I was recording the conversation, she nodded at me with a mixture of approval and shock over what she was hearing.
This happened at the Walgreens in Clinton, MS just before midnight on the 23rd of December.

I'll be honest; I was fighting laughter. I was fighting it hard.
