  • I use white vegtable fat on hands, in the UK it's either White Flora or Trex.

    The quantity of Tylos/CMC is 2tsp to every 500g of sugarpaste.

  • i think this dolphin is gorgeous. i've been watching all your video's and i think you do such a fantastic job! I have just gotten interested in making cakes and all these cute sugar paste / fondant animals to put on top, so you're a real inspiration to me! I was wondering what the dusting powder is that you use at the end on the dolphin?.
