  • Is that a wraped wall??

  • @fasy16 Yes, it's wrapped with crash padding that's about 1 inch thick

  • his kicks are very smooth because its a kicking drill... Once you get the technique, the power comes with it. And this isnt demonstrating his technique and power, showing off or anything; this is a tutorial to help people grasp the right technique so they can THEN develop their power. He could kick 7 shades of shit out of you, and you know it...

  • Keep your hands up or you'll get punched or kicked in the head!!!

  • @jonathanrootcom In Sport TKD, they do it for Balance.

  • I just don't understand why you'd release a video where the guy is not protecting his face. I don't care that he's just doing kicking drills. He's should train properly at all times!

  • @ShalomYal

You won't get punched in the head in TKD....

  • @ArkiveX lmao seven shades of shit ftw lol

  • Thanks alot i got some new dance moves :)

  • @ArkiveX FINALLY! A comment that isn't retarded.

  • This guy is lame as fuck..

  • i'm still wondering that how can i do the 540 degrees kick, i've practised many times but it's almost useless. can you guys help me?

  • I'm taught in Shotokan Karate not to dip my head like this man is because it limits the height of the kick, plus it offers your head as a nice target, plus he is not keeping his guard up. Nice video just I think the technique leaves a little to be desired
