I live in Traverse City, and John Kerfoot's OTHER 'Pure Michigan' Traverse City ad is a lot more accurate. In fact half of this ad is Sleeping Bear Dunes, an hour west of town.

Too bad this state has couple huge eye sores called Detroit, Flint and Pontiac. If we can get rid of these cities and just flatten them out and start over to build a city like Chicago or Toronto, then attract businesses to come then this state would be great again like in the early 20th century.
