As a conservationist, I've seen firsthand what acid can do to an environment. Acid rain will literally eat away mountains and rock. Acid in water - like the oceans - can dissolve coral reefs. This concept of ph balance is very real - and illustrated in nature over and over again.

2. Processed / Packaged Foods: Full of yeast feeding sugars & gluten. Nutrients like vitamins, minerals, enzymes are denatured.
3. Meat: Protein metabolism produces acids.
4: Lack of Hydration: Less ability to flush acids out of your body.
Well, when your fat cells hold toxins, and the fluids that surround those fat cells hold acids, then losing that stored fat is difficult. Remove the acids and toxins and the fat cells can release the lipids (fat).
