Riding along a certain raod he observes that when he is at free wheeling down a slope of 1 in 40 his speed when it becomes uniform is 32km/hr and 48km/hr when he is free wheeling down a slope of 1 in 20. if the air resistant remains constant find the rate at which he must cycle to maintain a speed of 24km/hr.
