@TaZ101SAGA Laws are made by people who are complete idiots. Reason #1 why i utterly
despise people. Take SOPA, the patriot act, and the entire war on drugs for just the introductory course in the great clusterfuck that is the government. (BTW, the barrel shroud is the cover over the barrel on machine guns, some shotguns, assault rifles, and some semi-automatic rifles in case they get real hot, so you don't accidentally burn yourself on them.)
