Part 2 of my own Thomas parody of TUGS episode "Sunshine".

At Tidmouth Sheds, the Fat Controller tells his engines that Billy, a tank engine based at Knapford Harbour, is on loan to him to help with the extra work as they are bringing in the Duchess of Montrose in the afternoon.
