@jonrd1 Read closely - the guy in the video doesn't owe money. The collector has the wrong number. I've been there myself, and found that properly worded legal threats get them to quit calling you in a hurry.

It's not a sale - he's a debt collector...and he made the call rather than someone calling him. Being a debt collector, he's probably had a lot conversations that made even less sense than this - his worse problem in that kind of a job is even getting anyone even willing to talk to him in the first place.
