This video is REALLY outdated! I think my dancing has improved a lot since I uploaded the video. I have been wanting to upload a new one for a while but I haven't gotten around to it. Thank you to everyone who commented with tips, advice, and opinions. I look forward to more on my next video.

actually, 'jitterbug' was originally a nickname for lindy hop (one of the original forms of swing dancing), although for some reason now people are referring to east coast swing as jitterbug. The dancing above is east coast

The majority of judges and teachers consider Jitterbug to be single step 6 count swing. (step, step, rock step) East coast is triple step 6 count (Triple step, triple step, rock step) So if you want to get technical this video is Jitterbug swing since I am not doing any triple steps.
