A way i thought we could help teens out on not feelin so alone. I myself have been threw everything shown in the vidoe and it really is much harder than calling a stupid number. I used to cutand I still have scars from it. The weird thing is I only cut 1 wrist but both my wrists have those cut scars. It's weird. But yeah I stopped.
