A response to the
"This Should Keep Us All Thinking video"
where a false story of an atheist USC professor discriminating against Christians is involved in a present day miracle.

  • I've never heard a Theist's Anecdote to trick non believers into believing that wasn't so obviously flawed. We really need to fix the education system in every country.

  • @EleanorsGymnastics Have they not sinned? Have they not turned from Him? I've turned from Him. I'm guilty. Everyone's guilty. I think the question should be how come He hasn't done this to me yet?

  • @sasaku55 Okay so lets say he does control japans economy. thats great, hes being nice and helping japan develop. but then he thinks oh no ive been too nice and kills a bunch of people. he doesnt seem so nice to me...(not meaning to offend or anything its just my opinion [: )

  • @bluecrew3 There are plenty of other ways to say what you want to tell them without insulting them. Nowhere in His word does He tell us to insult them. But He says we should have an answer when we are asked of "the hope that is within you." It can be frustrating to talk about stuff sometimes and it makes it hard to formulate your words and sentences. But there are plenty of other ways to show them the proof of His existence.

  • @EleanorsGymnastics Why do you assume that the earthquake/tsunami were God's doing? You would not assume the same if Japan's economy boomed. (Not that it isn't already massive.) Why would you only give him ownership of bad deeds?

  • @Mystrymeat You're claims of the Bible's history are false. The Old Testament was written originally in Hebrew and the New Testament in Greek. There are over 15,000 Hebrew manuscript copies and over 24,000 Greek manuscript copies of those originals. When compared to the maybe 10 manuscript copies of, for instance Aristotle's history, by hundreds if not thousands of expert textual criticizers, it is concluded that the Bible is infallible.

  • so this is what should keep us thinking freely? im sorry but i dont need parents, friends, family, society, prophets or god to help me think freely. its about yourself and being able to stand up for you ideas. in the end its all about violence and where that draws the line. aslong as nobody will come and try to take away my freedom by saying THIS is the only truth there shouldnt be any problems really. that is where gnostic atheists go wrong. for now :)

  • @thelilchickadee724 Correction, Christians base their faith upon an ancient book of gospels which were supposedly inspired by "GOD" and were first decided upon by the Jews (hence the Old Testament), then were decided upon by the Catholic Church (hence the New Testament). Much to the Pope's dismay, this book was then passed through the hands of transcribers, translators, and monarchs over the course of 2000 years which resulted in what is now the "Holy Bible"... upon which Christianity is based.

  • Christians don't base there faith on *just made up stories* We base it on GOD .

  • weather or not it is based on an actual event, it is an inspiring story, and promotes good
