Minnesota: Latinos demand justice for workers fired by Chipotle

On December 22, fired Latino workers and their allies at MIRAc, CTUL, and SEIU Local 26 stormed a downtown Chipotle restaurant during the lunch rush to demand justice for those terminated and to seek a meeting with Chipotle's executives in Denver.

The executives agreed to a meeting after the action drew media coverage from across the Twin Cities and national media. Here are their stories:

Uhmm let me see now ! Call the police & have these cockroaches removed from this business NOW. Tell them that thisbusiness premise is NOT open for their demonstration & they will need to get proper documentation for this type of rally at City Hall. They are ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS & therefore they probably won't speak or read English & won't be able to take care of that either. Problem solved !!!
