The Beginning: A Wen and Olivia Oneshot

"No, no, it's actually not Mo, it's me!" The audience gasped as Mo gave Scott a look. "I have no idea what she's talking about!" "Oh, no, no, no, I mean me and Wen, we um, we've um been dating-ish, I think. Haven't we? Or not, it's okay. Or not..." "Not. Definitely not. What are you talking about, Olivia?" "Umm, I..." "Okay, this is just creepy, I'm out!"

I sat straight up in bed; I held my breath in attempt to not scream. I sighed, that was such a horrible dream. I looked at my kitten that Wen gave me, and smiled slightly, "He does like me, right?" I went back to sleep. The next morning, I decided to take a walk in the park. "Olivia!" I heard my name from behind me, I turned to see Wen, running toward me. "Oh, hey Wen," I smiled, "how's it going?" "Honestly, kinda stressful, ever since we returned from the interview, I've had no time to myself." "Oh, I'm sorry." "It's alright, I'm glad I finally have some now, I was actually about to come see if you wanted to walk with me." "Really?" I smiled, oh Wen, how is it that you always manage to make me blush? "Yeah, I think it's important that we talk." "Oh, I'm guessing this about the dating-ish comment." "Yeah, it is." "Sorry about that, I know it was really awkward, it's just the only thing I could think of and-" "Olivia, it's fine," he touched my arm, "cuz it's kinda true when you think about it." I smiled, "So, that's not just me over analyzing it?" "Absolutely not." "Good, cuz I didn't want to creep you out." "Oh, you definitely did not." "My dream last night said otherwise." "You had a dream about it?" "Yeah, it was terrible, to say the least. You didn't react the way you really did, you kinda freaked." "Even if I freaked out in mind, which I didn't, I would've backed you up to help Mo." "Question, why'd you pause?" "I wasn't expecting it, at all. It threw me off guard for a second." "Oh okay." "In a good way, though," he smiled. Darn that adorable smile he gives me every time I see him. "Why do you always do that?" "Do what?" "Smile at me like that, I've seen plenty of guys give plenty of girls that smile, but you're the first to give it to me." "What?" "That smile that says so much, but so little, ya know, it's just so sweet and pure and makes me melt every time." "Oh, that smile, that's the smile guys give girls when we really, really like someone. I'm surprised I'm the first to give it to you." "Well, I don't really talk to many guys." "Well then, maybe that's good, maybe we were just meant to be together." "Wh-what?" He smiled, "I meant what I said, you're my girl, at least I hope you are." "Yeah," I smiled, "I'd like that." And that was the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
