The History of Guns at Presidential Events has been quite benign. More than 99.99999% of the guns carried by American patriots while at Presidential events have not been used at those presidential events and have not been used against our President at those events. Why would a man want to protect himself? Why would a man give up his right to protect himself just because the President is in town? Do you tremble in fear at the very idea of a gun? Guns are not to be feared. A government which is determined to disarm its citizens should be feared!

  • @PatriotsRepublic You claimed that guns at politcal rallies don't cause violence, so your response to a factual challenge to that is that the violence was justified? You just proved yourself wrong by admitting that a gun a politcal rally ended up being used in an attempt to assassinate! Furthermore, a can't think of anything unconstitutional that Teddy Roosevelt did! Was it child labor laws? Food safety reform?

  • @TestedBR Except that that there were tens of thousands of guns and hundreds of political rallies and not one of them shot a president. In fact, there has only been one president shot in a political rally. Yes, child labor laws and food safety are totally unconstitutional. Child labor laws made children unable to work in their families businesses... reducing their ability to learn the business from their fathers. Families can take care of their own children without State interference.

  • @TestedBR As for food safety... the reform was a ruse. The reform was a lie. It was croney capitalism. We have food safety laws... and government standards ALLOW for bugs and animal parts to be in food to a specific number. We don't need government food inspectors... they do no good. We need private watchdog groups that can shed light on bad products... then, the market will deal with the bad producers. Government solutions just pick winners and losers based on political clout. TR was a traitor!

  • Guns at political rallies-Mostly Benign? Tell that to Teddy Roosevelt, asshole!

  • @TestedBR I would have shot Teddy Roosevelt myself if I could have that fucking tyrant... he was the scumbag who lead in the new progressive era... he ignored the Constitution more than most before him and as far as I am concerned was a fucking TRAITOR who deserved nothing less than death by hanging.

  • @PatriotsRepublic I couldn't agree more.

  • @PatriotsRepublic Don't misunderstand. I think your perspective is good. What I'm trying to say is that I think you'll perhaps be more effective if you're willing to redo and maybe redo again to be come up with phrases, expressions, witticisms and other things to which people will go, "Wow. That's right," and remember them.

It will take more time and effort but just perhaps someone might quote you who influences a future leader and all that extra effort will have been worth it.

    Keep pluggin'.

  • @PatriotsRepublic You should have simply corrected yourself. The word "Presidential events" clearly (I think to most people) meant anywhere that a President appeared to the public. You therefore should have NOT referenced a "rally," or dismissed assassinations. Matthews was trying to point out the assassinations and your point would have still been well made had you framed your argument in the context he chose.

I'll say it a better way. You should have scrapped the video and started over.

  • @TestedBR "cause violence"?

Guns are one of the tools people use who want to be violent. When you find fault, it behooves you to stick to the facts and show yourself objective.

    FAIL.
