@TanyaAD138 I think you're missing the point of the video. This is about maximizing your job potential, not necessarily about the amount of money you personally make.
Also, you have to put the 20/hr into perspective. Full time, it ends up being ~44k before taxes. Sounds comfy, but most people who make more than 20/hr have 4+ years of college and grad school (time + tuition money) and are very good at their jobs.
I have a recruiter that gave me a range for a job but has asked me for my target. What do I say then?
