and like Kbc1000 said, they are more reliable, because they have a dedicated oiling system, unlike the 2 stroke total loss oiling system, which is mixed in the the feul.

Its true, a 50cc 2 stroke engine has roughly twice as much power as a 50cc 4 stroke, its because the 2 stroke engine fires once every revolution, whereas the 4 stroke fires once every other revolution. The dont use 2 strokes in bigger bikes or cars because they arent as efficient, the also burn oil with the feul, which is bad for the environment.

@TheMikaelsvensson because the 2-stroke engine would just be uncontrollable and would brake 5 times in one race....they are not reliable at all......although the most powerful engines are 2-strokes like ship engines
