More clips from day one of the Quidditch World Cup. Whenever the Snitch comes on the field I get super distracted by it. The reason, I think, is because as cool as it is to watch the actual game play the Snitch adds extra entertainment, violence, and awesome-sauce to the game.

@sheens98 No way. First of all, if the players are earthbound, how the hell are they expected to catch a flying object? Secondly the way they adapted the Snitch is brilliant. In the series every snitch is different and the snitch has personality, it can go wherever it pleases. The human snitch honors that aspect in every way.

@drakeTM1 Don't be, because they're not. There's a reason it's spread as far as it did. The game is fun to play and entertaining to watch. It's a real sport, has even spread to other countries like Iceland, New Zealand, and India.

@Tboxerxx1 Yeah. Snitches tend to be acrobats, cross country runners, or acrobats to aid in evading capture.

@vetdetta this was from the world cup last year, its In NYC when about 100 teams enter this massive tournament, its on the 12th and 13th of November this year. They are mostly colleges but not always.
