Soap, ahah just use diluted hydrogen peroxide with your toothbrush. Be gentle though, you don't want it to get into your gums. Toothpaste has so much sugar in it, it uses the crystals to polish your teeth, much like in the 1700's they used tobacco extract, which polished so hard it removed the enamel entirely, thus creating the field of modern dentistry...it really is a big racket and its been going on for centuries.
