Two things - one how do you find the confidence to do this in an open gym I want to for my followers but feel a lemon ( then again I don't look like you lol )
Two - that exercise near the end the 3 stage one is awesome I'm trying that this morning. Does it work chest aswell ??

Thanks man.
I've learnt lot of exercices to do.
I think i'd better try to do the same with 30% of the weight you can lift.
(At gym, I've never met someone able to lift 120 Kg on rear shoulder press)
