In this session Strength and Conditioning Coach Matthew Green takes "Dem 6 Nay Boys" through week 6 of their off season Lacrosse training program. The crew is worked through a linear open hip agility drills / "Shake and Bake". The resistance section is broken down into clusters of 3 exercises per station rotations comprised of upper body (chest, shoulder stabilizers and triceps), lower body(plyos, kettlebell, and hip flexors) , core rotational work and lateral agility.
