  • Ah.. I thought so.. ;) .. Claim it as an accident, because any other way would cost more.. Or in some cases here where they out live a certain date, they're considered a 'Hertiage home' by certain standards.. That law can be such a freaking pain for someone who just wants the land but HAVE to keep the damn thing as is.

  • In our area, the property owner gets a huge tax break if they donate the property for training. It is amazing that someone would buy a house for 500K, tear it down and build another for even more. But, they have been. It is about the 4 house in as many years for us.

  • Acquired House?

  • Yes, this was an acquired house that we had use of for 3 months this past winter. The final evolution was to burn it down to make way for a new larger home.

  • Just Kiddin' I thought the collapse would be more dramatic ..like the whole house! But great video anyway!!! Good Job Bro!!

  • This house was built(stone walls, 2x12's, numerous steel I -beams. None of it collapsed very spectacularly.
