If you already have the radio equipment and stuff, you could do it for about 10 bucks, the cost of a servo.
It is hooked up to the rudder channel I think, because the Super Cub uses the aileron channel to control the rudder and it doesn't have ailerons, leaving a proportional channel open for the camera. Very nice idea :)
