While i was playing the godfather i found a strange place.So i went to explore it.After a while i found this strange guy.For a unknown reason i couldn't talk ti him.If you want to find him to go to New Jersey.That's all i can say.If you find him,too just tell.

there's two versions of this guy. the plain old "spare some change" guy. And the weird one who looks like to hobo, but has an upscale classy personality. The regular guy drops around 1000 when killed, but the classy one drops like 5000
