I'm glad I took progress pictures because otherwise I might think nothing was happening... I haven't lost any significant weight or bodyfat... I'm sure it has a LOT to do with my food intake. Today was better, but I caved in near the end of the day

Yea, before pics are so important, need to be able to see the changes, even if u don't see it on the scale.
