  • damn those valves gotta be huge to run thru thouse cylinderheads and wtf is the crank for on the top? is it suppost to be the carburetor? never seen one with a crank and i have never seen aircooled cylinderheads o.0 since when does the ingnition wires goes into the engine block. Not even cartoon cars engine looks that bad

  • do u hav profession in auto industry

  • i can draw better and im 11

  • I think i´m gonna cry

  • thats not close to an engine most engines dont have the "rectangles" at the top

  • you are torn from coloring books

  • Those pipes sprouting out of each cylinder are called the exhaust manifolds. The base that all the parts are attached to is called the block, or crate. And finally, that squiggly little thing at the very top is called the distributer, and the lines connecting it to each cylinder are called the spark plug wires. Hope this comes in handy! And I must say, very impressive illustration considering it's by someone who doesn't know much about mechanics, and is drawing purely from memory

  • great job! here's a little terminology if you're interested. The foremost circle you drew is called the crankshaft pulley. Those 6 towers at the top of it all are the engines cylinders. Their shape is usually not as obvious as you've drawn, since they're contained in a housing for each bank, it's a rectangular block with the cylindrical shapes vaguely bulging out. (continued in next comment ^ ^)

  • yone who thinks she isnt an artist go to her website, i though the same before i saw the website

  • not quite a car engine, looks more like a motorcycle engine...
