@cauberallies I tried doing that with all ports open then with just one port open and the leaf blower slows the thing down to a halt. Are you talking about those Universal Security Instruments sirens that were common as old car alarms or one of those grey ones commonly seen on eBay (also known as the Autoloc siren on Amazon)?

do you have a ar timer for sale

So, why doesn't it work? Because the exponential horn of the Thunderbolt is essential to convert the high-volume, low-pressure output of the siren ports to a low-volume, high-pressure output (and pressure is what's needed for a mass of air to act on another mass of air.) Also, the Thunderbolt's chopper housing has only one output port, which decreases the air load on the chopper because only one sector of the chopper actually has any air passing through it.

Dangling AF LOL

About 10 years ago, I took one of those dime-a-dozen 12v 6 port car alarm sirens, blocked off all but one port, attached a small road cone to the remaining port, and stuck it on the end of a leaf blower. It was SO much louder than it was in its original configuration.
I was ten years old, so it seemed pretty damn cool to me.

Try a Shop VAC

Yeah same here. It muted the sound on mine.

what dose it look like the blower inside?
Where is the blower? Are you putting the L on the outlet pipe which is out of view?

The blower is on the ground and is blocked by the table that the camera was on. I just put the Model L's intake cone straight to the blower pipe.
