  • Here’s a great tip--I have eliminated the worry and fear about dehydration for the kids on my team with a very well developed iphone app called –iHydrate. Frankly an amazing app that anyone involved in sports should download-I am a parent and it saves me from fear and worry.

  • I had no idea how important drinking water was to our health. Once again, Astrids common sensical approach helps us to realize the "obvious"  which we often miss without someone reminding us. Great topic.
