@laurelms1 - I feel your pain. CPAP & medication did not stop my sleep apnea. Doctors have given up all hope for a successful treatment. I try yoga breathing exercises and there are nights when I can sleep. Usually, however, it doesn't help as much as it helps others. Try yoga. Perhaps it might help.

I've been trying for 5 years to get some kind of treatment and just get blown off by the doctors. It's so bad I sleep in a recliner chair as I can't even lie down when I'm awake without choking. Really quite pathetic

@laurelms1 I would suggest then that you see a dentist who practices in this field... the itsmn website can help you locate a qualified practitioner near you...but find help... as this type of problem is not only with you day to day... it actually shortens your life.

My ex once fell asleep at the wheel. It was a good job I was there. They car started to veer off the road.

@marcluc1988 And have you expressed they need to get fixed... not for them.. but for the safety of others on the road they could hit and kill next time...I would strongly recommend it... I don't care to be the lucky one they hit the next time.
