Wow. This brings me back to the summer of my 23rd year when I briefly worked for the Committee in LA as stage manager and understudy. I then spent 3 years as part of, first the "Committee Workshop" and later after going off on our own, the "Synergy Trust" We did Mondays at the Committee's Tiffany Theatre on Sunset. We were mentored by the legendary Del Close in Long Form improv, but the Emotional Symphony was a mainstay opening number. And that most certainly is Howard who used to be Don Sturdy

Hi Luci - very long time no see!
This is Leonard Dixon - I used to live next door to your family, in the Echo Park area.
(Funny way to communicate!)

my father is rusdi. who is this?
-
that is definately howard hesseman
and it's Garry with 2 r's
-
But Gary doesn't refer to the blond guy as Howard, so maybe that isn't Hesseman.
Search for "The Committee" (improv group) on Wikipedia, to find out more about their history.
