My moms blood pressure on those machines are like 180 / 120.... and shes not over weight. She doesnt exercise b/c shes always working. Scary

Just wondering, I've heard that bodybuilding supplements have negative effects on the human body. In what case does this supplement that you use any different from any out there??

systolic 140 mm Hg is elevated but your diastolic pressure, 60 mm Hg is a good number. Mine runs around 140/70. Monitor your BP and see if your 140/60 stays around that rate. If your not sure if this is a safe number for you, contact your health care provider.
