Windows Vista very fast boot - About 14 seconds without bios.mp4

This is my 3 year old Dell Latitude D630 with a 1.8 Ghz C2D and 3 GB of ram booting Vista within a few seconds!
This is not fake in any way, but then again it isn't ordinary Vista.
It has been heavily modified and the computer has been equipped with a SSD drive for faster read speed, but anyway this is a fully fledged operating system booting in about 14 seconds without the bios.
