  • I thinb Greg makes some good points about fundamental. I think the economy slipped because banks forget the fundamenals and created wierd products like credit deritaives. I think such testing shoud not have been done on te public but in micro situations. Dido for mortgage lending.

  • Exactly Tom, First you build the team, then the team builds the business! God love it if only we could get back to these basic fundamentals, we could really get this economy moving! Cut, Cut, Cut, and limited payroll has never grown a business ever, only drove employees to be disgruntled and further reducing top and bottom line profits.

  • Great video, Tom. I think we need to make sure we're meeting the needs of both our internal and external customers rather than ignoring either group.
