Uncle Jubalon is supposed to be Rumpus McFowl, a character not created or supported by legendary Donald/Scrooge comic writier/artists Carl Barks and Don Rosa. He was originally stated to be Scrooge's cousin, but turned out to be his brother-in-law (he's Scrooge's father's son from a previous marriage - his mother may have been Scrooge's mother's sister, making him his cousin as well).
