The "Ship that leaks from the top" line, he is quoting himself. The last interview he had had with those two and Bill Gates he used the same line "we had a saying at Apple .. isn't it funny, a ship that leaks from the top". He is referring to effect that femaie interviewer is having on the conversation. She is probably a boss of some sort hence at "the top". The best response she can think of, which she has obviously rehearsed beforehand is "you can send me an email about it".

@FreshNapp I guess Steve was referring to Gio Amelio's (former CEO of Apple) comment of comparing Apple company to Ship having a hole or something responding to News reporter.
