Seymour Duncan P-Rails Demo (Part 1)

The Seymour Duncan P-rails have a unique design that lets you select either a P90 style pickup, a rail style single coil, or a humbucker. I wired mine so I could get the humbuckers in series or parallel (a sound more like vintage PAFs - less output and less bass). See my next video for the other mods I've done to the circuit.

@mjt11860: It's open G (D bass) DGDGBD - @SayNOtoFluorideLEGIT: no mods on the Fender Champ. Old Stock Sylvania power tube, JJ preamp tubes. I think the pots on this guitar are all 500k, the amp's pots are stock.

This is about the best demo I've ever seen to demo pickups. You're playing is great. The sound quality is clear and understandable. The camera clearly shows your every move as you switch between settings. Thanks for such a great demo. Duncan should use this on their website and ever other person doing a demo on YouTube should learn from your video!!!
