I didn't say life has no value. I simply said, that it matters if there is an afterlife. I understand and respect (though disagree) with those who firmly believe that this life is all there is. I understand and respect those who (as myself) believe that the end is not really the end AND live accordingly. I simply cannot fathom how you can say, that it does not matter "what may or may not happen when we die".
Also, there's a huge leap from living with a hope to worshiping death.

@erthule That is a worship of death. That's the problem. If your life has no value then why live it? why try to achieve anything? Why try to experience anything in this life,If all you want is the next one? "Don't worry about what will pass. Worry about what won't." This is not at all what I said.

I cannot understand your way of thinking. What happens when we die is all important. Everything in this life will end, sooner or later. If there is an eternity on the other side of death, nothing is more important than spending our brief time here preparing us selves for it.
