Good job man. You're smart to use the parking lines and keeping the hover in one spot. You can easily get very sloppy in an open park. I did a lot of training in an open parking lot in the space of 10 car lines. Here's me (search: "white trex500 inverted). I've only been flying less than 2 years, but simming and tight space practice has paid off. Keep on flying.
