http://www.thebestexercises.com - This is a isometric hold combined with a curl exercise that happens at the shoulder. You'll basically hold the bar in the contracted curl position and move your upper arm up and down at the shoulder. This moves the tension up and down the biceps while continuously contracting it.

  • @scotty073 nothing wrong with lifting heavier weight for fewer reps! I do higher rep sets sometimes, too. But yeah, I take your point :)

  • It's basically a continuous tension bicep exercise that moves the tension from lower bicep, all the way through the belly of the muscle. It's dynamic and isometric all at once. GREAT contraction on it.
