@yallo2345 a little more than this. To do this properly, it means you have zero flinch and good trigger pull, as the sights stay undisturbed. If the sights move while you pull the trigger, it will be impossible to know were the shot hit. Additionaly this technique helps in recoil control. You will hear many classes say you should fire in "cadance" that is, count one, two, three, four, as you fire so you fire uniformly. In theory, by doing this, you are timing the muzzle flip,
