For as far back as you were, the sound is EXCELLENT!

What we've found that further back is better. Since the sound comes from the speakers, not from the stage, it seems that getting near the sound booth allows the sound to come together. Otherwise, we need to point the mic at a speaker and the lens at the stage. This is often difficult.
