Crazy Light Art -- "Im Augenblick"

Over 1100 pictures taken on a Canon 5d mark ii. 15 to 30 second exposures. No after effects whatsoever. Just lots of light pens, glowsticks, led wands, and light stencils. The only editing was one fade between the Ampelmann and rose at the end. Any questions or comments would be greatly appreciated!

I agree that the US has some problems at the moment, as does most every land, but I'm not sure it was the intent of this short film to comment so directly on, say, the state of present-day lobbying bribes in Washington, or to rub the "nice and well-built" city of Freiburg in the faces of all Americans. I am, as a matter of fact, a US citizen as well.

Two classmates and I simply wanted to see if we could make a stop-motion film working solely with light-painting/long-exposure pictures, utilizing the loose motif of creativity and the "livelihood" it can bring about. If the fact that our congress isn't functioning perfectly at the moment hindered the film-viewing experience for you, sorry. but if the state of our gov't is truly so horrible, there are probably better things we both could be doing than surfing youtube videos and talkin about it.

Congratulations on your achievement though we in the US do not share your joy. Our cities are not nice and well build and we live as debt slaves in the banking colony. Our healthcare and university prices have quadrupled. Our Congress is completely bought off by lobbying bribes, as if any of them would know what to do to produce any quality of life in the first place, and having conquered medical, out stock investors now run private prisons. It is completely dismal. Good luck to you.
