I agree with you there, but the only Florida Lottery game show I've seen exist is Flamingo Fortune.

Yeah. I kind of freaked out. You are guaranteed $2k just by getting on the show (so it's not all bad), but the odds should be better for winning more.
It was a cool experience, but still somewhat of a let down in the end.

You're kidding - you made it on the show??? Wow. I can't even win more than $10 on the scratchers!! But you know, after watching that show and seeing those stupid games, I don't think I'm going to bother playing the scratchers any more. I'll stick with the lotto - at least if you win it, you're guaranteed that amount without having to go through those dumb games. Congrats on making it to the show though. I would probably die from a heart attack if I scratched off three "TV SHOWS".

You're right. I was on the episode after this one (which hasn't been put on youtube yet) The games are very lame. I would have much rather spun the wheel. We only had one descent winner on our show.
You pick a number out of a bucket and then the producers pick numbers for each game. Since it's the lottery, it has to be random.
1:120000 to get on the show and you play these nonsensical games. I would have much rather spun the big wheel.

Oh brother. This is enough to make me stop buying scratchers. I thought I was watching the Price is Right for awhile. If you manage to hit the needle in the haystack to get on the show, you deserve better than this. Who picks what games each contestant ends up playing? The whole thing has the potential to be rigged. Have them spin a wheel and skip the stupid games. If I ended up losing half of what had earned by "going on" in a game, I'd probably go home and stick my head in the oven!
