its always good to have a cat because if there are birds or rats in your house
the cat would catch it and reduce the population of rats and birds which their
are more than plenty of.

@raduruler yes because in the wild they ate rats and they catch them because
they are hungry or their kits are hungry. long story short : yes they eat small animals
that they catch.

My cat is capable of catching lizards and hummingbirds. My cat before my current cat caught a full bird, a mouse, and a young frog.
