I wonder how New Orleans would look after a Olympic games upgrade in its infrastructure?
Probably will change that city indefinitely.. for the good? Everything could be build Aerodynamic to withstand high winds in case of Hurricanes or bad storms, drain systems would get dramatic upgrading, streets would improve, new hotels constructed.. it'll tick a lot of people off and make a bunch smile :-)

@pussinboots44 The crowd will be covered but not the field. Athletics is an outdoor sport, if it rains it rains. Just like it did in Beijing.
