see my landlord he has not rules for this place were i live at and he come in too look at heaters in my places well in was in my room and seen bedbug and he try kick us out for see one bedbug now he cant do that .. so i going see lawyer tuesday but i dont have money to pay for one so what can i do i live in hamilton ohio

so she wants to live in someone's house for free? I would kick her out without court and put her stuff by the road. lazy people want to have it all for free. tel her to get a job idiot

So, doesn't the landlord have to wait at least 6 months to do anything to try to get the tenant out? In MA, if the landlord did anything within 6 months the tenant to claim that the landlord is putting her out retaliation to the request that the repairs be made.

WE believe the landlords records were a mess. (previously landliord died and children took over) and thought the aggressiveness of their lawyers would cow my client into submission of at least paying something more than what she really owed.
