well Cuba is one of the best country in the world in preventive medicine , which consist on stopping the causes or disease and getting ready for it , or stop it at it first steps where it's easier and cheaper and more effective to heal , that's how to manage to get excellent result for low investment in health . It's not the best in the world ,( France by the way is the best ) . i don't know about castro , if he is good or bad , but i know he has a good doctors managing his health system

When are you going to open your eyes? ABC lied, Cuba didn't ban Sicko. The movie was emited at 05/25/2008 in the Cuban Television and Michael Moore denied all of the ABC said. It's a terrible lie to say that Cuba has "VIP hospitals". Ojalá some day you can see the true. (sorry for my English)
