In science, air pressure would NOT allow this. The compressed pressure from the cup wouldn't immideiatly prevail to that, as well. Therefore, this is fake. Water would not stay floating or whatever you call it like that, it would disinigrate onto the counter. Air pressure, baby. Read your text books.
